Boss Lifting Inc. operates Boss Lifting, Babes Who Lift, Dudes Who Lift, The Babes Who Lift Society, The Society, related communities, app-based programs, coaching services, digital resources, and the Boss Lifting Ambassador Program.
By using our websites, joining our communities, purchasing a service, accessing our app, using our resources, or participating in the ambassador program, you agree to the terms that apply to those services.

These Terms apply to Boss Lifting Inc. and all related brands, websites, offers, communities, app access, programs, resources, coaching services, and ambassador programs, including:
“Boss Lifting,” “we,” “us,” and “our” mean Boss Lifting Inc. “You” means the person using our websites, communities, services, app access, or resources.
Boss Lifting Inc. provides fitness, nutrition, coaching, education, and community support. Our content is not medical advice. It is not a diagnosis, treatment plan, prescription, therapy, or replacement for care from a qualified healthcare professional.
Speak with a qualified healthcare provider before starting a workout program, nutrition plan, supplement routine, calorie target, macro target, or major lifestyle change, especially if you have a medical condition, injury, pain, history of disordered eating, are pregnant or postpartum, take medication, or are unsure what is safe for you.
You are responsible for your own health, safety, exercise form, food choices, effort, consistency, and decisions.
Exercise, resistance training, cardio, nutrition changes, and lifestyle changes involve risk. Possible risks include soreness, fatigue, discomfort, injury, or worsening of an existing issue.
By using our services, you accept those risks and agree to stop if something feels unsafe and seek medical help when needed.
Boss Lifting Inc. does not guarantee weight loss, muscle gain, glute growth, fat loss, improved health, strength gains, or any specific result.
Results vary based on effort, consistency, nutrition, training history, sleep, stress, health, hormones, genetics, lifestyle, and whether the program is followed as intended.
Testimonials, before-and-after photos, and client stories are examples only. They do not guarantee your result.
Boss Lifting Inc. may offer free communities, paid memberships, low-ticket services, one-on-one coaching, app access, programs, resources, and other offers.
Access depends on the offer you joined, your payment status, and whether you are approved for complimentary access.
Free communities, including the Babes Who Lift Facebook group and Dudes Who Lift Facebook group, are used for free content, support, education, community, and lead generation. Free access is not guaranteed and may be removed at any time.
The Babes Who Lift Society, also called The Society, is a women’s paid membership. It may include Everfit app access, workout programs, glute-focused programs, nutrition resources, recipes, community support, and private or client-only Facebook group access. It is not one-on-one coaching.
The men’s low-ticket service is currently $47/month and may include app or community-style access depending on the offer. Pricing, features, and access may change.
One-on-one coaching is a higher-support service. It may include app access, community access, personalized support from Jesse, Zoom calls, screen share, and more personal guidance, depending on the offer purchased.
Boss Lifting Inc. may provide access to Everfit or other third-party platforms. App access may include workouts, programs, recipes, nutrition resources, messages, tasks, group chats, videos, and other features.
App access depends on active payment, approved complimentary access, the offer purchased, and compliance with these Terms.
Third-party platforms may have bugs, outages, feature changes, or limits outside our control.
Paid services may be billed monthly, upfront, recurring, or according to the terms shown at checkout.
By purchasing, you authorize the payment processor to charge your payment method according to the checkout terms.
If payment fails, Boss Lifting Inc. may retry the payment, pause access, remove access, cancel your subscription, or remove you from app access, paid groups, and client-only resources.
Unless otherwise stated, monthly memberships may be canceled anytime. Cancellation stops future billing. It does not automatically refund past payments.
Cancellation requests should be made before the next billing date. If a renewal has already processed, cancellation may apply to the next billing cycle.
Unless a specific refund policy is stated on the checkout page or written agreement, payments are non-refundable once access, digital resources, app access, coaching, or services have been provided.
Monthly membership payments are not automatically refundable because the member has access to digital content, community features, and app-based resources during the billing period.
Boss Lifting Inc. may review refund requests case by case, but submitting a request does not guarantee a refund.
Refunds may be denied for used services, accessed digital materials, completed or missed coaching time, chargebacks, payment disputes, account misuse, or violations of these Terms.
Nothing in this policy limits any refund rights required by applicable law.
One-on-one coaching clients may receive Zoom calls or scheduled coaching sessions depending on the offer purchased.
Clients are responsible for attending scheduled calls on time. If you need to reschedule, provide at least 24 hours notice whenever possible.
Missed calls, no-shows, or cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be forfeited unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Boss Lifting Inc. may reschedule calls when needed due to availability, emergencies, platform issues, or other reasonable circumstances.
You agree to:
All Boss Lifting Inc. content is protected. This includes workout programs, recipes, nutrition resources, videos, guides, PDFs, app content, images, community materials, templates, calculators, branding, logos, names, website copy, and coaching materials.
You may use our content for your own personal use only.
You may not copy, share, sell, resell, upload, publish, distribute, teach, screenshot, reproduce, modify, or repurpose our content without written permission.
If you post or submit comments, messages, photos, videos, progress updates, form answers, testimonials, or other content, you are responsible for what you share.
Boss Lifting Inc. may view, moderate, respond to, and manage content shared inside our services and communities.
We will not sell your private progress photos or private coaching information. If we want to use your photos, testimonial, or story for marketing outside a private community, we will seek permission where required.
Boss Lifting Inc. may remove, suspend, or restrict access at any time for failed payments, cancellations, chargebacks, refund abuse, harassment, bullying, threats, spam, scams, fraud, sharing private content, copying our content, community violations, or misuse of our services.
Community participation is a privilege, not a guaranteed right.
If you file a chargeback or payment dispute, Boss Lifting Inc. may pause or remove your access while the dispute is reviewed.
False or abusive disputes may result in permanent removal from our services, communities, and ambassador program.
Boss Lifting Inc. may use third-party platforms such as Everfit, Go High Level, Stripe, PayPal, Facebook/Meta, Google, email providers, SMS providers, affiliate tracking systems, analytics tools, Zoom, and other tools.
Your use of those platforms may also be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
Boss Lifting Inc. is not responsible for third-party outages, bugs, payment issues, account restrictions, or platform changes outside our control.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Boss Lifting Inc., its owners, coaches, contractors, team members, ambassadors, affiliates, and service providers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages related to your use of our services.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, any total liability will be limited to the amount you paid Boss Lifting Inc. for the service related to the claim during the 3 months before the claim.
Boss Lifting Inc. may update, change, pause, discontinue, or replace services, features, programs, prices, offers, app access, communities, resources, and these Terms at any time.
Continued use of our services after updates means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Any dispute related to these Terms or Boss Lifting Inc. services will be handled in the courts located in Ontario, Canada, unless applicable law requires a different location or process.

Boss Lifting Inc. may use third-party tools, including Go High Level, Everfit, Stripe, PayPal, Facebook/Meta, Google, email providers, SMS providers, affiliate tracking systems, analytics tools, scheduling tools, Zoom, cloud storage, and customer support tools.
These providers may process information according to their own terms and privacy policies.
Our websites and marketing tools may use cookies, pixels, tags, tracking links, and analytics.
These tools may help us track website activity, conversions, ad performance, referrals, abandoned checkouts, email activity, and funnel performance.
You may be able to control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking cookies may affect some website or tracking features.
Boss Lifting Inc. may use referral links, affiliate links, custom tracking links, cookies, forms, or tracking systems to identify whether a purchase came from an ambassador, affiliate, referral partner, or campaign.
Tracking is not perfect. Boss Lifting Inc. is not responsible for untracked referrals caused by browser settings, cookie blocking, user error, missing links, platform issues, expired cookies, or third-party tracking problems.
If you provide your email address or phone number, Boss Lifting Inc. may send service messages, onboarding messages, reminders, support messages, marketing messages, and offer updates.
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe link where available. You can opt out of SMS marketing by replying STOP where supported.
Even if you unsubscribe from marketing, we may still send important service-related messages, such as billing notices, purchase confirmations, access instructions, account updates, or legal notices.
Boss Lifting Inc. may share information with service providers, payment processors, software platforms, email and SMS providers, referral tracking systems, analytics tools, contractors, coaches, legal professionals, tax professionals, accounting professionals, or authorities when needed to operate the business, provide services, protect the business, or comply with the law.
We do not sell private progress photos or private coaching information.
Boss Lifting Inc. uses reasonable steps to protect information. No website, app, payment processor, email system, SMS system, or online platform can guarantee perfect security.
Boss Lifting Inc. may keep information as long as needed to provide services, manage accounts, meet legal or tax obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and enforce agreements.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or request information about certain personal data.

Boss Lifting Inc. services are intended for adults.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information, contact [email protected].
People under the age of majority in their location should use our services only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.
Boss Lifting Inc. is a Canadian corporation and may use service providers in Canada, the United States, or other countries. By using our services, you understand that your information may be transferred, stored, or processed outside your province, state, or country.
Boss Lifting Inc. may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this Legal Hub page with a new “Last updated” date.

The Boss Lifting Ambassador Program is operated by Boss Lifting Inc.
The program allows approved people to share referral links and potentially earn rewards or commissions when eligible purchases are made through their unique tracking link.
The program is not limited to men or women.
Participation is by approval only. Ambassadors may include paying members, complimentary-access ambassadors, clients, former clients, influencers, referral partners, community members, or other approved people.
Boss Lifting Inc. may approve, deny, suspend, limit, or terminate ambassador participation at any time.
Access to a referral link does not guarantee permanent ambassador status.
Some ambassadors may receive complimentary access to a membership, app, community, or service.
Complimentary access is not guaranteed and may be changed, paused, or removed at any time.
Complimentary access does not make an ambassador an employee, contractor, coach, staff member, or official representative.
Ambassadors may earn rewards or commissions only for eligible, tracked referrals.
The current example reward may be a fixed $20 reward for an eligible referral, but this may change at any time.
Boss Lifting Inc. may change reward amounts, commission percentages, payout timing, payout methods, qualification periods, eligible offers, tracking rules, and program terms at any time.
Future structures may include fixed rewards, percentage commissions, recurring commissions, one-time commissions, credits, gift cards, or other reward formats.
No reward or commission is earned until Boss Lifting Inc. confirms the referral is eligible.
A referral is eligible only if the customer uses the ambassador’s approved tracking link, the tracking system properly attributes the sale, payment is successful, the customer meets any required qualification period, and the purchase is not refunded, disputed, canceled, charged back, fake, duplicated, or fraudulent.
Tracking is not guaranteed. Boss Lifting Inc. is not responsible for untracked referrals caused by missing links, browser settings, cookie blocking, expired cookies, platform issues, payment issues, or user error.
A referral may be ineligible because of refunds, chargebacks, failed payments, early cancellation, duplicate accounts, fake accounts, self-referrals, fraud, abuse, coupon abuse, payment disputes, untracked referrals, misleading claims, spam, harassment, community violations, brand misuse, or terms violations.
Boss Lifting Inc. may deny, delay, revoke, or forfeit pending or unpaid commissions if a referral is ineligible or if the ambassador violates program rules.
Payouts may be made by Amazon gift card, PayPal, manual payout, account credit, or another method chosen by Boss Lifting Inc.
Payouts may be delayed for review, refund windows, chargeback windows, fraud prevention, tracking issues, payment verification, or administrative reasons.
Ambassadors are responsible for any taxes, fees, or reporting obligations related to rewards or commissions they receive.
Boss Lifting Inc. may terminate ambassador access at any time.
If ambassador access is terminated, Boss Lifting Inc. may stop commissions going forward and may deny or forfeit pending unpaid commissions if termination is related to fraud, spam, harassment, misrepresentation, community violations, chargebacks, refunds, payment disputes, or violation of these terms.
Termination may also end complimentary access, referral link access, brand permissions, payout eligibility, and community access.
Ambassadors must clearly disclose their relationship with Boss Lifting Inc. when sharing referral links or promoting offers.
Example disclosure: “I may earn a reward or commission if you join through my link.”
Disclosures should be clear, easy to notice, and placed near the recommendation or link.
Ambassadors may not make false, misleading, exaggerated, or unsupported claims.
Ambassadors may not promise guaranteed weight loss, glute growth, muscle gain, income, health outcomes, or transformations.
Ambassadors may not make medical claims, act like the program replaces medical care, or claim results are typical unless clearly supported.
Ambassadors may not spam, cold mass DM people, harass people, bully people, mislead people, use fake testimonials, use fake accounts, misrepresent the offer, pretend to be staff, give medical advice, damage the brand, share paid content, or post affiliate links where they are not approved.
Ambassadors may not run paid ads using Boss Lifting, Babes Who Lift, Dudes Who Lift, The Society, The Babes Who Lift Society, bosslifting.com, babeswholift.com, Jesse’s name, brand terms, logos, program names, images, videos, or related intellectual property without written approval from Boss Lifting Inc.
Boss Lifting Inc. owns its brand, content, names, program materials, websites, community materials, resources, app content, logos, copy, videos, images, and related intellectual property.
Ambassadors may use approved links and approved materials only to promote approved Boss Lifting Inc. offers in a respectful and accurate way.
Ambassadors are independent participants. They are not employees, partners, franchisees, contractors, agents, legal representatives, coaches, or staff unless separately agreed in writing.
Ambassadors do not have authority to make promises, approve refunds, change prices, negotiate offers, provide official coaching, or bind Boss Lifting Inc.
Boss Lifting Inc. may update, modify, pause, or end the Boss Lifting Ambassador Program at any time.
Continued participation after updates means the ambassador accepts the updated terms.

These Community Guidelines apply to all Boss Lifting Inc. community spaces, including free Facebook groups, paid client groups, Everfit chats, app comments, messages, Zoom calls, challenges, ambassador spaces, and related comment sections.
They apply to Babes Who Lift, Dudes Who Lift, The Babes Who Lift Society, The Society, and any other Boss Lifting Inc. community.
Treat people with respect. Disagreement is allowed. Harassment, bullying, threats, hate speech, sexual comments, personal attacks, stalking, doxxing, intimidation, and abusive behavior are not allowed.
Do not use Boss Lifting Inc. communities to promote your business, products, services, links, groups, coaching, supplements, affiliate offers, or unrelated opportunities without written approval.
This includes spam posts, sales pitches, recruiting members into other groups, unsolicited DMs, comment hijacking, suspicious links, and scams.
Affiliate links, referral links, ambassador links, or promotional links may only be posted where approved by Boss Lifting Inc.
Having an ambassador link does not give you permission to spam the community.
Do not share private community content outside the community.
This includes screenshots, member posts, progress photos, personal information, private messages, coaching conversations, app content, paid resources, workout programs, recipes, videos, and client-only materials.
Members may share personal experiences, but they may not give medical advice or unsafe recommendations.
Do not diagnose people, tell people to start or stop medication, tell people to ignore pain or symptoms, promote extreme dieting, encourage unsafe supplements, or give reckless training advice.
When in doubt, encourage the person to speak with a qualified professional.
Do not shame people’s bodies, goals, food choices, fitness levels, starting points, progress speed, age, weight, or experience level.
The point is to help people get stronger and more consistent, not turn the group into a dumpster fire with dumbbells.
Free communities provide general education and support.
Low-ticket memberships provide resources, structure, app access, and community support.
One-on-one coaching is a separate service.
Do not expect personalized coaching, custom plans, medical guidance, or unlimited private support unless that is included in the offer you purchased.
Boss Lifting Inc. may remove, edit, hide, decline, or restrict posts, comments, links, messages, or member access at any time.
Paid access can also be removed for serious violations, including harassment, threats, spam, abuse, fraud, sharing paid content, chargebacks, privacy violations, or behavior that damages the community.
Community participation is a privilege, not a guaranteed right.
